Competition Setup
The web-based competition setup tool is still under-development. In the mean time if you are interested having us host your registration needs you can contact Eric Nielsen to discuss your needs. At present we offer integration with PayPal. If you need custom integration with a CC Gateway, please contact me for a quote.
At present there is a $50 per competition hosting fee for Collegiate or USA Dance events. Additionally if you require event re-configuration (ie spliting a multi-dance, combining two dances, added/removing events) a $25 - 75 fee will be assessed. If a member of your organization gets involved in the development of the Java version of CompInaBox, all fees can be waived after moderate contribution
Typically speaking we should be able to accomodate just about any competition with a single age-level for events purposes -- most YCN competitions should be fine (having different fee levels for students and adults is not a problem, only having seperate Youth, Adult, Senior, etc events, and this restriction is being worked on).
Eric Nielsen can normally setup a competition in a few hours, but tends to only have free time on the weekends for the dedicated setup. Corrections and minor configurations can happen at anytime. You should allow two weeks for testing/configuration issues to be resolved from the date of request to the date of opening on-line registration.
Following is a list of things that Eric Nielsen will ask you in order to setup your competition, while not all are needed immediately, the sooner you can decide on the answers the faster configuration will occur.
