Notes:
1. There are two parts of the Bronze International Quickstep.
The quarter final was run twice, with different couples recalled. The
ensueing semi final had the union of the two recalled sets.
2. In Bronze International Latin couple 276, used couples 274's number
in the early round and then switch back. Hence the appearance of a couple
in the second round who had "no marks" in the first round.
